Fixed issue with GW method normalization for Encyclopedia, disabled the similarity updation CLI command for now.

Fixed issue with long labels in Chips and InputList, fixed issue with program name and version being shown in wrong FilterSummary, fixed issue with missing terms aggregation for program version.

Fixed issue with search filter abbreviations, enabled selection of multiple text values in InputText.

Fixed issue with statistics not working on text items, added possibility to switch off statistics on InputText (makes no sense for IDS, etc.).

Separated each statistic into its own Paper, added dynamic InputList sizing, fixed issues with drag handle tooltip, removed unused aggregation size option.

Created a React Context for the API in order to have one global instance available throughout the app.

Added possibility to anchor filter statistics to the search results panel, refactored the actions available for a filter.

Fixed issue with InputSelect items not reacting to press on label, fixed spacing issue with search page header.

Added three options for displaying the statistics count: in the tooltip, as a fixed text, or not displayed at all.
