Simplify pseudo reference types, decouple from `MProxy`.

Added support for "delta" units that allow comparisons between value ranges without considering the offset. E.g. `1 degree_celsius != 1 kelvin`, but `5 delta_degree_celsius == 5 delta_kelvin`.

This makes it possible to assign a `pint.Quantity` with `units.dimensionless == True` to a nomad metainfo quantity with no unit.

set during virtualization. We now ignore derived values when
deserializing.

We can now add formal models for metainfo annotations based on pydantic. These can be used to validate annotations when a schema is created. They can also be used to document annotations.
