Unified nexus group secions and sub-sections, plus more improvements. 

- moved all group/field sub-section properties into the sepecialised section classes
- hide the sub-section definitions from the browser again
- mapped maxOccurs to repeats
- mapped nameType="any"
- added group template support
- restructured the code
