I added a branch called north to nomad-FAIR: https://gitlab.mpcdf.mpg.de/nomad-lab/nomad-FAIR/-/tree/north

This branch has this project as submodule and mounts its api into the main NOMAD app. We should develop this project to be able to run standalone and as part of NOMAD (Oasis). Most of the tests and CI/CD will run north standalone and be managed by this project. However, in nomad-FAIR we can also add a few tests to test the project integration.
