Extending eln solar cell base classes
Added the missing solar cell base class SolarCellEQE (from #962 (closed)) and fix a bug from a normalizer of the SolarCellJVCurve base class. @himanel1 could you look at this since you also looked at the implementation of the other classes? Extending unit tests will follow.
