Fix upload members for deleted groups

See #2134 (closed)

This fixes the error of misding group info and puts the problem in the name column.

I thought about spanning the error message over Name and Affiliation to make it less crammed but I don't think the Datatable component supports this.

Another problem: You cannot make changes to the list while keeping the missing group in there.

Markus suggested we say the group was deleted because that's most likely the reason for the missing response. Moved the ID to a tooltip as it's not as important for the user. Should we drop it?
