Using "inch" as unit leads to GUI error

I tried using the unit "inch" in a quantity by either setting it in 'defaultDisplayUnit': 'inch', or directly in 'unit='inch','. However, both leads to a GUI error SyntaxError: Unit "inch" not found.

Can this be fixed?

But seriously, this is more a @himanel1 issue, because if I remember correctly the unit would need to be defined in the pint backend.

I will have a look. Pint seems to somehow hide the imperial units behind some special context and that is why they are not picked up automatically.

yeah, inch is indeed creepy. But it is usually used as the standard unit for wafer diameters (2", 4", 6"...). Thanks
