Section reference dialog filters not resetting

After adding a search filter and selecting a section in the SectionSelectDialog, it is not possible to re-select a new section from the full list of options. Even refreshing the page does not clear the selection. Indicates that somehow the data stored in the archive affects the search dialog options.

@mnakh this is what i meant during the meeting. A user brought this up during the meeting. Just go to any ReferenceEditQuantity, open the search, put in some filter, close the dialog and go back in. Now you are stuck with your old filters and can't search for anything else.

This should be fixed as soon as possible as it severely hampers the use of ReferenceEditQuantities.
