Add Area A Tutorial

Issue

We (@sbrueck, @aalbino, and @hnaesstroem) need to add a text based version of tutorial 8 with additions on using the built in ELN base sections and developing a plugin.

Preliminary structure:

For the area A part:

1. Built in base sections
2. Custom yaml schema (Tutorial 8)
   • Schema
   • Base sections
   • Annotations (tabular and plot)
3. Plugin schema and parser

Tasks:

• Decide name for tutorial
• Decide where to place the tutorial (align with overall documentation strategy @mscheidg @josma)
• Convert tutorial 8 to text based and using the updated base sections (tutorial 8 part 4-6)
• Create tutorial on using the built in schema, starting with general NOMAD usage (tutorial 8 part 3)
• Create tutorial on using plugin for schema with normalizer and parser (tutorial 9 but with base sections)

• Search and dashboard
