Improved integration tests

We currently have a simple test that uploads, processing, and deletes an example upload. This needs to be improved for guarding productions.

• example upload with a whole set of calculations
• based on the GUI command
• check the processing results
• publish (staging) the upload
• search published
• download published

Unfortunately we cant test the availability in the repository automatically, since the index has to be rebuild manually.
