Added a LogRegressor and did some refactoring to make use of ModelRegerssors

forgot a pair of parens when needed

some overridden functions were not returning when they should be

Compiles but not tested

Create a base class for DI and setup for Classifier

not set selected to false

Using these expressions one can reconstruct features using the primary feature set
Capability to decompse features into the prevelance of primary features in them

Use keyed files to automatically generate bindings.hpp/bindings.cpp

All documenation is up to date

This will make it easier for users who do not want to use the bindings
