Add setup script

I added a setup script which runs during the build process of the docker image and also modified the folder structure a little for a better fit to the others. Please feel free to merge it if you are happy with the changes.

One more thing. The metainfo.json has to be updated. This file will be used to generate the list of the landing page of analytics toolkit. (https://www.nomad-coe.eu/index.php?page=bigdata-analyticstoolkit)

Hi Adam,

I adjusted the setup script slightly and edited the metadata file. Can you have a look, whether the syntax is correct? I noticed you reversed first with last name, but I think it must be "lastname, firstname" right?

yes, you are right about the order of the first and last names at least according to the previous metadata files. It looks perfect for me.
