Unified configure set; Updated versioning scheme

  • The additional config_json is no parsed directly in the request via set instead of configure, removing duplicated code and unifying the config behavior
  • Adds a PEP440 compatible version scheme for mpikat. All Pipelines report the mpikat version as sensor
