Add params dict to control plotting grid. Rename Soloviev maps.
Function to draw multi-colored labels.
Rename Soloviev mappings to Shafranov again after merge.
Swap GVEC spline axes.
Update autoscaling plots and disable interactive mode (no longer maintained).
Always evaluate X, Y components of GVEC spline map at eta3=0.
Add new maps to the parameter file of cc_lin_mhd_6d, for test_domain.
