Add parameter files of several TAE_itpa cases for LinearMHD model

Parameter files with the initialization ToursModesSin and ToursModesCos for a TAE (ITPA case).

• Two types of raidal profile of Modes can be chosen: sin and exp. (see pfuns in https://struphy.pages.mpcdf.de/struphy/sections/inventory.html#struphy.initial.perturbations.TorusModesSin)

In theses two cases, Modes are defined as a vector in the space H1vec.

• Two additional parameter files for the modes with divergence free initialization.
