Expanding upon Peter's outline of the two industry sessions, I'd suggest to scope these sessions by objective of intended audience, rather than company age/size. Rationale is that best discussions usually happen when bringing together people with different backgrounds, e.g., big vs. small, established vs. new. Also, startups/SMEs usually see little reason to talk to other startups/SMEs, as in most cases these conversations drive neither visibility nor sales.

With this in mind, my suggestion for scoping two industry sessions would be:
1. Roll-out Experiences and Best Practices (focus on making existing approaches work in practical settings, intended audience are practitioners who want to learn from hands-on, real-world scenarios)
2. New Approaches and Applied Research (focus on disruptive approaches for early adopters, intended audience are industrial thought leaders and researchers who want to discuss new ideas)

Looking forward to feedback / discussion.
