Beginning with 2nd June, only the "Single Sign On" option for login to the GitLab web interface will be possible. If you don't have an MPCDF wide second factor so far, please get one at our SelfService (https://selfservice.mpcdf.mpg.de). The GitLab internal second factor will not work.
After an online search, I guess it could be a problem with gpaw.
If you open a terminal in an instance, created with this repo, you get an error message, that there is no access to share/gpaw.
Do we need the gpaw package?
Otherwise I would delete it from the environment.yml, as the auto completion with key works, when it is not installed. (Here is the branch, where I have tested it.)
Does it now work as expected, in the linked branch? Do we nee the gpaw package?
If everything is fine, I would open a merge request and merge it to the main branch.
Did you just use the link behind "use the repositrory as it is" or did you put the information into binder with the link of the repository and the branch in the field HEAD?
If I start an instance, open a notebook and type "pyi" use tab key two times, it gives me the option to choose between some word, for example "pyiron".
