Added function to print out the JSON header and footer to the backend for parsers that don't use SimpleMatchers.

Added pyyaml as a dependency because the BigDFT parser needs it. I don't think there currently is a parser specific way to install dependencies, so I added it here.

Added a module for getting element information, allowed one to use startReTransform on SimpleMatchers with also named groups.

Fixed bug with caused clash in handling starReTransform and fixedStartValues on the same SimpleMatcher.

Fixed bug with endAction in SimpeMatcher, added possibility for manipulating groups matched from startReStr via a new SimpleMatcher attribute 'startReTransform'.

Added some convenience functions to CachingBackend/CachingSectionManager, added new 'endAction' argument for SimpleMatchers.
