Changed version of jupyterlab_h5web[full] from 1.3.0 to 3.0.0 in order to include the color schemes for multiple signal plots defined in the index.css in jupyter_h5web (https://github.com/silx-kit/jupyterlab-h5web/blob/main/style/index.css).
