Examples reorganization

I am unsure about the arpes ipynb (download) (pyARPES*). In case nobody is working on them any longer they can be moved into examples/arpes, via the WebIDE and then right on the file in the left panel browser pane there is a rename/move option, one can then commit and thus moves the file manually.
