Rebased ci cd

@dflor, branch 'rebase_ci-cd' is sourced from 'ci-cd' and rebased locally from 'develop'. The new 'rebase_ci-cd' branch contains changes related with migration of 'nomad-nexus-parse' into 'NFDI' project. SOME comments:

1. A few of the long commands has been broken into several small commands because with long command getting error e.g. connection error, lack of memory error something like that. Bu if still you @dflor want to change them you can do it or let me know.
