Add nomad-catalysis plugin and app

Julia Schumann requested to merge add_catalysis_plugin into main

The plugin contains a couple of schemas for catalyst samples and different catalytic tests. I also enable the heterogeneous catalysis app, which is currently diabled in the main nomad.
