Beginning with 2nd June, only the "Single Sign On" option for login to the GitLab web interface will be possible. If you don't have an MPCDF wide second factor so far, please get one at our SelfService (https://selfservice.mpcdf.mpg.de). The GitLab internal second factor will not work.
As discussed in issue #851 (closed), I have connected the hybrid coefficient α (exact_exchange_mixing_factor) to the GUI.
I re-used the XCFunctional.hybrid.parameter to store the coefficient in the run section, but standardized the key value.
The updated parsers are VASP and FHI-aims with added tests.
