Parsers
- Implemented new full parsers: gamess, tinker, qbox, onetep, dftbplus, fleur, siesta
- Group parsers into: electronic, atomistic, workflow
- Move parser initialization to nomad
- Move gw results to calculation
- Various minor fixes
