Pluginise pynxtools

Florian Dobener requested to merge pluginise-nexus-code into develop

This PR removes all nexus related code and moves it into pynxtools where it is made available as entry point for use in the nomad plugin mechanism.

TODO:

  • Release pluginised version of pynxtools and update the version in default_plugins.txt
  • Move nexus related tests and data
