Merging newest encyclopedia version

This version now supports phonon calculations and fully utilizes the metainfo v2 functionality. Normalization related to band structures has been moved to a separate normalizer which now performs band gap calculation (previously done by EncyclopediaNormalizer) and labeling of special high symmetry points (previously done by the VASP parser for VASP only).

The encyclopedia functionality has been tested on the development cluster for a subset of data from AFLOW, OQMD, FHI-aims, exciting, phonopy, CP2K, CASTEP, GPAW and QE. Also, the compatibility of the produced data has been tested by ingesting the produced data into the old Encyclopedia infrastructure and inspecting the data through the old GUI.
