Naming an upload after uploads, processing, and edit of metadata

Publish::Uploads After uploading, a successful processing, and editing the metadata, I wanted to change the name of the upload which is shown as "unnamed upload". I could edit the name and pushed the button SAVE, but after a quick "processing the upload", I got the same title "unnamed upload" back...
