Update wien2k parser

• include latest patches from Pavel Ondračka
• fix the matching according to https://matsci.org/t/wien2k-detection-issues
• implement backup matching and parsing of structure files .scfx if regular output .scf is missing
• remove the duplicates created by bad matching
