DOS Similarities: suspicious shifts

Cc: @mscheidg , @mkuban , @himanel1 , and Simon (gabajsim@physik.hu-berlin.de)

Hello Everyone,

On a recent seminar, Martin pointed out an issue he found
while studying Similarities of DOS using NOMAD’s data.

Claudia suggested we tackle this problem and find whether
it’s an issue with NOMAD’s normalization.

If I understood correctly, the statement of the problem would be:

"DOS computed with _different_ codes but for the _same_ material seem to be shifted
with respect to each another. In the attached figure we find an instance of
FHI-aims vs VASP. Figure courtesy of Šimon Gabaj”

Thank you
Témok
