Improvents in NORTH page and some tools

There has been some time since NORTH gets a revision and some improvements. I list in the following several tasks to get us started. This tasks involves a few people that will be tagged here when needed.

Webtop apps need to get launched directly and have the right access to the files in the uploads folder. To test this we will start with the FIJI image.

• Make sure that FIJI gets launched directly as an app. This requires changes here that shall be reviewed by @kuehbachm.

Changes in the defaults.yaml:

• The uploads folder gets mounted and as a default root in the browser of the tool. Users should be able to files within the uploads (I could not do this from the nionswift images @sshabih).
• Default extensions should be included to open the tool directly from the NOMAD file browser.
• Make up the description of the tool, title, and logo.

Once this is done, I will keep on updating the issue with more upcoming changes.
