Plugin entry point for example uploads

We need a new plugin entry point type for example uploads.

The entry point should tell where the data should be loaded from (local path or URL) and possibly contain some information about the example upload to show in the GUI.

Some example uploads could also be tagged as integration tests for the plugin: this way they can be run in the tests suite of NOMAD distributions.
