Repository integration mode for mimicking old python API

We want to run nomad-FAIRDI in away that it mimics the behaviour of the old python API. This means that during publish,

• uploads must be copied extracted to a suitable location on the gpfs or local repository storage
• the repository postgres db entries must point towards the respective files
• it is possible to determine the parsing infrastructure from the final postgres entries
