Hyperlink to entry in scatter plot widget and hover details

We could follow up with a couple of things from #961 (closed) that were not completed. In particular:

• Improve the details upon hoovering the marker including the data label as in the x and y-axis and the unit.At the moment, it only displays the x and y values. It can also include text stating "Click to go to the entry page". Example:
  • Efficiency: 20.9
  • Open Circuit Voltage: 1.2 V
  • Short Circuit Current Density: 21.2 mA /cm^2
  • Click to go to the entry page
• A redirection to the overview entry page upon clicking the marker. Here we will need to check if clicking does not have issues with other actions of the plot. An alternative would be to have to click directly on top of the "Click to go to the entry page" text.
