Rewrite phonopy parser
The current phonopy parser is not really a parser for Phonopy but a handler for fhi-aims phonopy workflow runs. I attempted to include the handling of phonon.yaml files which is the more generic way to start Phonopy calculations but still, this executes the Phonopy kernel during processing. One should really parse the Phonopy output but this is not usually printed out because most Phonopy calculations are carried out using a python code.
I suggest that a converter from the phonopy python object
to a nomad archive should instead be written and the user may use this in his code to produce the archive which is then uploaded. It will of course use most of the code that is already written for the phonopy parser. The archive should also link to the corresponding archives of the underlying force calculations, if provided.
Since, in most cases, there is no Phonopy mainfile, will the phonopy parser be removed from the parser lists?
