Create a draft for a Solar Cell app config

Create a customizable app for solar cells. It shall include the following:

• Dedicated search filters in the left panel, including: ['Materials', 'Solar Cells or Optoelectronic Properties', Metadata related filters]
• Include columns specific for solar cells: [Solar cell parameters, bandgap, Both formulas, Architecture type, Stack layers?]
• Add description of the Solar Cell app also in config.py
• Add the set of widgets that will need to be preset there
