tabular/TableRow fails to create an entry for a row if one value in one column is missing

For a table of the type above, the TableRow functionality will create an Entry only for the second row. It would be great if for the first row it will also create an entry populating all the other values from the other columns and omitting the not given one in "Eg (eV)". I attach a schema and excel file to reproduce in the beta deployment
