Merged cryopaf into devel

This merge request contains a new subfolder 'cryopaf', which contains the pipeline for PAF beamforming. Also included are unit tests of the GPU kernels, a tool to set beam weights and a tool for benchmarking/profiling. (The tool for setting the beam weights still requires additional features such as access to a Redis DB).
