Created Login Page for fortmatic users.

When not using a web3 wallet, users will be directed to the login page to login with fortmatic. Currently, metamask users or other web3 wallets will skip this. Also, changed the Registration Page to Account Details to more accurately reflect what is being provided since users are already 'logged in' when a web3 provider is detected and we are simply collecting details that correspond to the address.
