Since the osc commit be8a5268, strings are no longer interpolated
in the help message.

Otherwise this failed with a rather cryptic 404, on needed manual
intervention

Was caused by passing the parameter 'with_project=0' due to it being
'False' in python, instead of not passing it at all by setting it to
'None'.
