Linear operator interface

This supersedes !2 I have added Healpix SHTs, and they at least don't crash.

@jroth what do you thnk about the current interface (hartley_operator, sht2d_operator etc.)?

If you think this is OK, we could merge the branch and then add further operators whenever they are ready.
