Pipeline

Somehow Debian just does not keep up with the speed of people in the python world breaking their interfaces. So I think it is the better option to pull everything from pypi. If we eventually transition to nix this should not be a problem any more because they are very much up to date.

Thanks for tagging me! Unfortunately, I can not reproduce the error on my machine. I believe the error is simply due a too strict testing criteria. c4bb1001 increases the tolerance.
