Leaky clip

Lukas Platz requested to merge leaky_clip into NIFTy_6

Proposed by @lerou in !538 (closed), this MR adds the pointwise function leaky_clip to NIFTy.

Not sure if this should go into NIFTy 6 or 7, but it would be useful in both.
