Adapt pipeline to use stereo parameters

This merge request implements changes to several scripts of the pipeline to adapt them to create/read DL1 file containing stereo parameters information. In particular, now the scripts performing the training of the RFs can use stereo parameters during the training itself. Where possible, no scripts were added, but behavior was added through the use of command line options.

Closes #18 (closed) and #21.
