Some bugs occured while making a test plot for Yann Core of AEF50 T data with error bars. I eddited some loading routines in downloadversionIRdata.py (including apply_calib_on_raw()) to catch the case of proper T error image derivation. I also added some features to the test example in plot_IR_data.py which now plots a timetrace with error bars. And, unrelated to T error, I renamed upload_config to download_config, which may have been forgotten when separating the upload relevant components into the ir_upload project.
