Implement LinearVlasovMaxwell

Solves the following issue(s):

Closes #358 (closed) and #357 (closed)

Core changes:

  • Changed colour scheme of phase_space_video
  • phase_space_video now deletes old pictures
  • Added show_accumulated_spline_field also to Accumulator class to show vectors there

Model-specific changes:

  • Added background magnetic field to VlasovAmpereOneSpecies and LinearVlasovAmpereOneSpecies
  • Added the linearized Vlasov-Maxwell model (same as linearized Vlasov-Ampère but with Maxwell step)

Documentation changes:

Updated Documentation of all kinetic models with Maxwell/Ampere equation + Vlasov equation to have a consistent normalization
