Making videos should delete old pictures

Bug description / feature request:

When creating a video with phase_space_video of the console diagnostics, old videos do not get deleted, causing the video to be bad

Expected behavior:

Proposed solution:

Delete old folder before creating a new video. Possibly rename video to not overwrite old results
