Adding a matplotlibrc file also apparently enables the use of
matplotlib on systems without a graphical user interface (e.g.
X server) since the default value of “backend” is “Agg”.

Without nowrap, lines will be soft-wrapped visually, but on
editing a long line, it is still hard-wrapped.
