updated numyp requirements (with numpy 1.16.3 there is an np.load issue probably due to changed default kwargs -> check and fix these for version compatibility)

rendering of small and big neuron SSVs is now performed as two distinct (parallel) processes, minor speed improvements (e.g. cache for rotation matrices for index rendering), fixed ImportError `KnossosModule` when using latest nightly build of KNOSSOS

ported `render_views_partial` to EGL, refactored subfolder system (now close IDs will be stored in the same storage; future work: adjustable has function in `global_params.py`), added completeness check to `batchjob_fallback`, refactored reduce step of property extraction and meshing, reduced size of meshes (reduction factor of 200), disabled sending normals to KNOSSOS via the SyConnViewer (check value range of normals before enabling again)

added example script for spine prediction and an 'Examples' section in doc.md, fixed OOM issue in meshing reduce step, increased flexibility of export2kzip and init. from kzip for SSOs, minor fixes and refactoring

merged new meshing procedure based on `zmesh` and added a flag `use_new_meshing` to switch between dense (zmesh) and sparse meshing (custom-made marching cubes)

fixed type error in calc_rot_matrices, specified openmesh version (now correctly), adjusted number of sample locations
