NEXUS transformations is a base class related to the instrument, defining the orientation of the coordinate system vs. the NEXUS coordinate system... I am updating the application definition (YAML) accordingly.

Still in progress. The transformations are now describing the Euler angles too with their corresponding axis in relation to X, Y, Z. We have to double check this to clarify from which coordinate system we are going towards which one... \spent 4h
