a draft version of this can be reviewed, i tested it successfully the respective files and recipe is in markus-pyarpes-container branch

What have been left out:

• cleaning the Dockerfile
• launching JupyterLab inside Upload folder and not in /pyarpes/example

I heard from @sanbrock that @sshabih has found a way to make the registry docker image smaller. If you do it and re-build pyarpes, you could update the version to the latest commit be27050716f9e306b99f6e6b416f82bfb071c8b4. It fixes other qt issues.

Thank you for the tip. I am recompiling it right now and will push it to the registry. I will tag you here or on slack when its done.
